I was approached by Stop The Pacheco Dam Project to design a sticker and t-shirt for their work to "Keep Pacheco Wild" and stop the expansion of an existing dam that would damage many surrounding public lands, ranch lands, and burden tax payers unnecessarily.
The focus of this design was to highlight the beauty of the open spaces that the Pacheco area provides for humans, plants, and animals. The elements we focused on were the endangered Alluvial Sycamore and Oak Woodland habitats, open Grasslands, rolling hills, wildflowers, and the iconic soaring Red Tailed Hawks that Kate Wolf sings about so elegantly in her song Pacheco.
Shirts are more are available on SpatiumNatura's Teepublic and by getting involved with Stop The Pacheco Dam Project
